We are thrilled to announce the release of major updates to Radiator 10’s management interface. With the release of Radiator 10.31.1 we introduce a new approach to AAA configuration for both Radiator Policy Server and Radiator Core.
With the new approach, we combine two ways of configuring your AAA system: The Radconf configuration editor, and Radconf policy templates. The Radconf policy templates bring intuitive configuration options for first time deployers.
The Radconf configuration editor and the Radconf configuration language empower experienced users with the flexibility and high expression power Radiator is known for, while further modernizing configuration experience with suggested inputs and comprehensive tooltips from the built-in reference manual.
For both configuration options, the ability to check both configuration syntax and structure before deploying changes enables more secure configuration changes, improving operational efficiency and reliability.

Radconf policy template editor
- Enables building pre-structured configuration templates for repetitive tasks.
- Allows turning existing configuration into a template for colleagues for easier editing.
- Builds on top of the Handlebars template logic.
